Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return shipping is at customer's expense. All returns require prior authorization from Jacto. To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please fill out this form. Items returned without authorization from Jacto cannot be accepted. Please include the original invoice or copy of your order confirmation with your return. Once your return is received and inspected by Jacto (which may take 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT ARE:

- Opened or used

- Missing their serial number or UPC

- Special orders (returned at our discretion)

- Returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Returned without notification
